BingoCanada uses the internet based tools to maintain a good, functional and constant communication with its registered customers and prospect customers. BingoCanada does not, under any circumstance, approve nor engage in spam practices. When talking about spam, or "spamming" we refer to the practice of sending unsolicited e-mails, usually of a commercial nature, frequently and in large quantities, to an indiscriminate set of online receivers. All emails sent out by BingoCanada have previously been authorized by their intended recipients when registering an account with BingoCanada, or at any other time by using the "broadcast" option in the member's account.

Unsubscribe

All the emails sent by BingoCanada have a un-subscription option. If the recipient wishes to stop receiving any more emails he/she may request this via a special option placed normally in the footer of the email. The request can be reversed at any time after by using the specific profile option in the account, clicking on the footer link confirming that you wish to be removed or by contacting Customer Support Staff.

Data Base Purchases

BingoCanada assures its members that it does not purchase email lists from third parties nor does it engage in the selling of account information. All of BingoCanada's profiles and account information are confidential and for the use of the account holder and BingoCanada only. BingoCanada's data base contains all the members that have agreed to email communication and all the visitors of the BingoCanada website, sister websites or affiliate websites, that have requested to receive any kind of information.

Overall Considerations

In order to comply with the international standards regarding privacy protection and completely avoid the topic of spam, BingoCanada will not incur in the following practices:

  1. Use of false headers or other false information, to identify the point of origin or the transmission path of the email, or to hide the true origin of the email.
  2. Unauthorized use of a third party's internet domain name without the permission of such third party, to make it appear as if the third party was the point of origin for the email.
  3. Use of any false or misleading information in the subject line of the email.
  4. Assisting any person in using the products or services of BingoCanada for any of these previously mentioned activities.
