The General Terms and Conditions for Bingo Canada are outlined below. Before accepting the terms, please read them carefully. At your request, you can close a gaming Account with Bingo Canada at any time.
1. Site Rules
1.1 The "Bingo Canada Rules" are the terms and conditions constituting and governing the contractual relationship, as stated herein, and upon which the parties hereby agree.
1.3 The individual having a contractual relationship with Bingo Canada is referred to as the "Account Holder."
1.4 A "Bingo Canada Account" is an Account held by an Account Holder, with the strict aim to establish a normal commercial relationship with Bingo Canada and with the strict purpose of conducting betting and other gaming and gambling transactions.
1.5 The "Contract" is the contractual relationship between Bingo Canada and an Account Holder, which is constituted and governed by the Bingo Canada Rules.
1.6 The "Site" is the Internet gateway, accessible through the Internet address www.bingocanada.com, where all current and relevant information regarding Bingo Canada is published.
1.7 A "Card" refers to all types of cards with a function of payment, charge, debit, credit and/or similar.
1.8 A "Payment Solution Provider" ("Payment Provider") is an intermediary acting as a payment agent.
1.9 A "Financial Institution" is a bank and/or other institution regulated by an applicable domestic financial service act or similar.
1.10 "Force Majeure" refers to any occurrence or condition beyond one's reasonable control that leads to a delay or default in the performance to the affected party's contractual obligation and shall, for the purposes of the Bingo Canada Rules, include Acts of God, government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any necessary license where such denial or cancellation is made through no fault of the affected party), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
1.11 "Product" represents any item featured in the Bingo Shop that the Member can and/or will acquire.
1.12 "Online Marketplace" shall be used when referring to an online site that aggregates different types of Products from a various selection of Providers.
1.13 "Value" will stand for the monetary worth of the denomination used in the Bingo Canada Shop, i.e Shop Coins.
1.14 "Shop Coins" shall mean the number of coins earned by each Member based on Bingo Canada's VIP program, constituting the value used by the Member to order a Product from the Bingo Shop.
1.15 "Bingo Shop" represents the Online Marketplace where the Member may use Shop Coins in order to acquire any Product featured on the site, considering the value of the Product is less or equal to the Member's Shop Coins balance.
1.16 "Order" shall mean a request made by a Bingo Canada Member for a certain Product from the Bingo Shop.
1.17 "Acquire/ Acquisition" shall be used in terms related to the purchase of Products featured in the Bingo Shop.
1.18 "Payment" for any Product featured in the Bingo Shop shall mean the deduction of a certain amount of Shop Coins based on each Product's value, resulting in the acquisition of the Product.
1.19 "Shop Year" corresponds to the period of time acknowledged as a calendar year (12 months) calculated starting with the Member's birth date.
1.20 "Time Interval" shall be acknowledged as the division of equal timeframes within a Shop Year.
2. Account Rules
2.1 Unless an individual is registered as a Player and holds a Bingo Canada Account, s/he cannot participate in a Game. In order to be registered as a Player, the individual must submit an Application for Registration ("Application"). The Application will require a number of personal details, out of which the following are absolutely needed:
2.1.1 Acknowledgment that the Player is over eighteen (18);
2.1.2 The Player's identity;
2.1.3 The Player's place of residence;
2.1.4 The Player's valid email address.
Every individual applying for Registration warrants that all information provided in this Application form is true and correct. Bingo Canada will not register an individual where that individual has already been registered. Bingo Canada will cancel that individual's Registration as a Player if it becomes aware that the person has provided false information when registering as a Player.
2.2 The person who applies for a Bingo Canada Account acknowledges and accepts:
2.2.1 All definitions and stipulations, as stated under Clause 1 and/or herein;
2.2.2 The Bingo Canada Rules as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the Bingo Canada Rules.
2.2.3 Bingo Canada reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the Account Holder. It is the Member’s sole responsibility to check and read our Terms and Conditions in order to stay up to date with any and all possible changes that occur.
2.3 Bingo Canada reserves the right at all times to, at its own discretion:
2.3.1 Decline to open a Bingo Canada Account and/or to close an existing Bingo Canada Account without any explanation whatsoever;
2.3.2 Modify the Account Holder's VIP level at its own discretion and without prior notice, therefore adding or deducting Loyalty Stars accordingly;
2.3.3 Decline to accept deposits without any explanation whatsoever;
2.3.4 Suspend and/or cancel the participation of an Account Holder in promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever Bingo Canada has legitimate concerns that a Bingo Canada Account is used for illegal, fraudulent or other dishonest practices;
2.3.5 Request documents to verify the identity and the authorization to use a specific Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals;
2.3.6 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, data regarding a fraudulent Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by the Bingo Canada Group. Bingo Canada guarantees that the said data is, at all times, transferred and managed in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar;
2.3.7 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, the rights and the liabilities regarding a fraudulent Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by Bingo Canada Group, subject to Bingo Canada guaranteeing the liabilities being honored;
2.3.8 Hold and manage funds belonging to Account Holders in accordance with generally accepted guidelines for cash management regarding such funds. This may include a Financial Institution and/or a Payment Solution Provider being entrusted to hold funds in the name of and/or for the benefit of Account Holders;
2.3.9 Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a Bingo Canada Account and/or refuse to honor a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, the Bingo Canada Rules have been violated and/or other unauthorized activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a Bingo Canada Account. This is subject to any of the said events in connection with the Bingo Canada Account and/or the claim in question.
2.4 Those who apply for a Bingo Canada Account must warrant that they are not under the age of 18. Minors cannot register and cannot hold a Bingo Canada Account. Bingo Canada reserves the right to request proof of age in order to verify the information provided. Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
2.5 An Account Holder warrants, at all times, not to be:
2.5.1 A resident of Afghanistan, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia, American Samoa, Haiti, Angola, Hong Kong, Sudan, Belgium, Iran, Syria, Burundi, Iraq, Tajikistan, Cambodia, Israel, Turkey, Chad, Libya, Turkmenistan, Chinese Taipei, Martinique, Congo Republic, Monaco, US Virgin Islands, Democratic Republic of Congo, Myanmar, Uzbekistan, Eritrea, Netherlands, Venezuela, France, North Korea, Yemen, French Guyana, Philippines, Zimbabwe, Guadeloupe, Puerto Rico, Guam, Singapore, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy or Romania;
2.5.2 Restricted by limited legal capacity;
2.5.3 Acting on behalf of another party;
2.5.4 Classified as a compulsive gambler;
2.5.5 Using funds originating from criminal and/or other unauthorized activities;
2.5.6 Conducting criminal activities whereby a Bingo Canada Account is directly or indirectly involved;
2.5.7 Holding an active Account with another legal entity that is part of the same group as Bingo Canada, meaning other entities being controlled, directly or indirectly, by Bingo Canada.
2.6 Bingo Canada warrants and represents, at all times, to:
2.6.1 Manage funds belonging to Account Holders in a secure and appropriate manner;
2.6.2 Absorb the cost of, and pay the Betting Duty, as applicable, at the place of Contract;
2.6.3 Manage data regarding an Account Holder in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar;
2.6.4 Not offer contingency to Account Holders to proceed to any funds transferred between Account Holders' Accounts.
2.7 A Bingo Canada Account is opened, held and settled in a currency agreed between Bingo Canada and an Account Holder. All amounts displayed relating to wagers and winnings shall be quoted with the symbol of the agreed currency. Bingo Canada calculates and settles all matters involving exchange rates in accordance with recognized Financial Institutions at currently applicable exchange rates. Slight differences may be observed between agreed amounts and recorded amounts due to variances between exchange rates.
2.8 A Bingo Canada Account does not accrue interest.
2.9 If there is no activity in relation to the account controlled by you for 2 years, we reserve the right to acquire your current nickname. You consent that if your nickname has been acquired after 2 consecutive years of inactivity, it can be utilized by any of our other members. You will still have the right to login and play our online games by using your account ID.
2.10 An Account Holder can own only one Bingo Canada Account at a time. If this rule is breached, Bingo Canada reserves the right to block and/or delete the superfluous Bingo Canada Account(s) held by the Account Holder in breach of this clause. Bingo Canada also has the right to reallocate all the funds in the different superfluous Bingo Canada Accounts to a single Bingo Canada Account and to delete the remaining superfluous Account(s). No Bonus given to the superfluous Bingo Canada Account(s) will be reallocated. If an act of fraud is detected on a Member's Account, Bingo Canada will block the Account and freeze the funds, and the Member will be permanently excluded from the Bingo Canada Group Network. No payout will be due to the Member.
2.11 Any claim regarding a transaction in conjunction with a Bingo Canada Account shall be made to Bingo Canada within six (6) months after the transaction, payment and/or settlement took place, or should have taken place. Otherwise, Bingo Canada reserves the right, at its own discretion, not to consider the claim.
2.12 Regarding disputes, it is advisable that the Account Holder lodges a complaint with Bingo Canada's Customer Service. The parties should do their utmost to reach an amicable settlement within a reasonable time.
2.13 Whereupon a dispute should occur between Bingo Canada and the Account Holder, Bingo Canada will have a transactions record set at the Account Holder's disposal. Such information will also be made available to a legitimate third party (e.g. a judge or court) if Bingo Canada so wishes or agrees.
2.14 The complaint must contain clear and unequivocal information about the complainant's identity, and shall give all the relevant details that gave rise to the complaint.
3. Payment Rules
3.1 Deposits to and withdrawals from a Bingo Canada Account will be made only via a Financial Institution or a Payment Solution Provider. Procedures, along with Terms and Conditions, may vary from time to time, as well as between different countries and different Financial Institutions. Current advice is available when logged in on the Site under the headings "Deposit" or "Withdrawal", under the "Cashier" section.
3.2 Bingo Canada shall keep Account Holders' funds separately from Bingo Canada's own funds, in an Account Holder's Account opened with a Financial Institution.
3.3 Before making any payment out of a Bingo Canada Account, Bingo Canada will verify the Account Holder's identity, age and place of residence.
3.4 Bingo Canada may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals on behalf of Bingo Canada.
3.5 Bingo Canada does not accept cash funds sent or delivered directly to Bingo Canada.
3.6 Bingo Canada shall credit to the Bingo Canada Account all funds received by Bingo Canada from or on behalf of the Account Holder, or owed by Bingo Canada to the Account Holder.
3.7 An Account Holder may make a deposit only with his/her personal Card.
3.8 Bingo Canada shall not accept a wager from an Account Holder unless a Bingo Canada Account has been established in the name of the Account Holder, and it is shown that there are adequate funds in the Bingo Canada Account to cover the amount of the wager, or funds necessary to cover the amount of the wager are provided in an approved way.
3.9 Bingo Canada shall not deal with the amount standing to the credit of an Account Holder, except:
3.9.1 To debit to the Bingo Canada Account a wager made by the Account Holder or an amount the Account Holder indicates s/he wants to wager in the course of a Game s/he is playing or about to play;
3.9.2 To remit funds standing to the credit of the Account to the Account Holder, at the Account Holder's request;
3.9.3 To pay reasonable bank charges for received deposits and funds withdrawn.
3.10 Withdrawals from a Bingo Canada Account are made through payments addressed to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank Account held in his/her name, as advised by the respective Account Holder.
3.11 Regarding withdrawals, Bingo Canada reserves the right to charge an administrative cost as indicated on the Site, based on the exact cost charged by the Payment Provider.
3.12 An "Inactive Account" is an Account in which a Member has not logged into or logged out of for a period longer than 12 months consecutive. Inactive Accounts will be temporarily disabled, and the amount in Bonuses will expire if there is no activity in the Account for six (6) months or more. Bingo Canada reserves the right to close the Account once it has reached zero balance.
4. Security Rules
4.1 Bingo Canada upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with an Account Holder. Data will be disclosed if required by the governing authority, a judge or another public authority. Data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purposes if the Account Holder violates Bingo Canada Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Once the Account is created, the Account Holder is given a personal Account ID. The Account Holder chooses a password and nickname, and it is the Account Holder's own responsibility not to share this information. If the Account Holder has reason to believe that others have become party to this information, the Account Holder should immediately contact Bingo Canada's Customer Service and a new password will be issued.
4.3 All telephone communications between Account Holders and Bingo Canada are recorded for security, training purposes and/or Accounting purposes.
4.4 All Internet communications are kept on record for Accounting purposes.
4.5 Card deposits may, from time to time, be partially and/or fully declined, subject to certain security systems managed in collaboration with a Payment Solution Provider and/or a Financial Institution. Such security measures may decline legitimate Cards, which nevertheless, at a particular time, are not possible to process. Bingo Canada personnel do not control the said systems; however, they will offer assistance as necessary and suggest alternative options.
4.6 Certain documents verifying the identity of the Account Holder may be required before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals, along with the authorization to use a specific card. These procedures may cause slight delays.
4.7 The use and abuse of a bug in any of the gaming software provided on the Bingo Canada platform is illegal. If a Member detects a bug in the gaming software, s/he must immediately inform Bingo Canada by sending an e-mail at email@example.com. Bingo Canada shall take all necessary steps in case of a use and/or abuse of a bug by blocking the Member's Account, freezing his/her funds and, if the case, taking legal measures.
4.8 The Account Holder can use only one Bonus per household/IP address. In case of Bonus abuse, the Bonus will be forfeited and any funds on the Account shall be frozen.
5.1 Bingo Canada adheres to the Data Protection Act and other relevant regulations, legal notices and/or similar at the Place of the Contract taking Account of the Data Protection System. Furthermore, Bingo Canada has adopted the best practices regarding the principles of e-mail communication with Account Holders.
5.2 All the aforementioned information has been established in order to assure Account Holders their personal data is, at all times:
5.2.1 Processed in accordance with the rights of the Account Holder concerned;
5.2.2 Processed fairly and lawfully;
5.2.3 Obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose;
5.2.4 Adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose;
5.2.5 Accurate and updated;
5.2.6 Kept in a secure manner;
5.2.7 Not kept longer than necessary for its purpose;
5.2.8 Not transferred to jurisdictions not adhering to the aforementioned Directives;
5.2.9 Utilized for marketing purposes based on the so-called opt-in principle.
5.3 Bingo Canada discloses personal data when required to do so by order of the Governing Authorities and/or under legal provision contained in the Governing Law. For fraud detection and control purposes, the Account Holder agrees that Bingo Canada has the right to transfer his/her personal data to third parties, including so-called AVS service providers and other partners. Furthermore, Bingo Canada reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients when Bingo Canada has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities that involve a Bingo Canada Account.
5.4 Bingo Canada reserves the right to process personal data for Customer Relationship Management purposes. However, only Account Holders who have agreed to the opt-out will receive marketing material.
5.5 The Account Holder has the right to require access to his own personal data and/or has the right to correct and/or erase wrong and/or inappropriate data. Queries regarding data privacy can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.6 As a member, you accept that we authorize our games that you play to interact with all social media networks and you are granting us permission to use any part of the information that the specific social network shares with you and us. You also bestow your consent for us to identify you personally. You are also granting us the right to allow your social network contacts to access you so that you can play socially. Our objective is to make our Games more enjoyable for you and for other members that play them on that specific social network. If these practices are not acceptable to you, you should not allow our games to interact with your social network.
5.7.1 To identify the Account Holder's preferred language so it is automatically selected when the Account Holder returns to Bingo Canada;
5.7.2 To ensure the bets the Account Holder places are associated with the Account Holder's betting coupon and Account;
5.7.3 To ensure the Account Holder receives any Bonuses for which s/he is eligible;
5.8 Except for the situations noted above, e-mail addresses and other private information collected by Bingo Canada will not be shared, rented or sold to any third party.

7. 2 Definition of spam
Spam is commonly known as commercial or unsolicited bulk email. These email messages are often intrusive, irrelevant and offensive to the receiver because they are unanticipated.
7. 3 How Bingo Canada avoids spamming
Bingo Canada uses the highest quality marketing tools to ensure the sending of e-mail marketing campaigns have the end-receivers full consent. We implement our anti-spam policy in the following ways:
7.3.2 Unsubscribe: Each e-mail sent by the Bingo Canada team contains an unsubscribe link where Members can unsubscribe from our database. Members can confirm they have unsubscribed by clicking on the activated link.
7.3.3 Purchased Email Lists: Bingo Canada established a zero tolerance policy on e-mail purchase practices and does not consent to the acquisition of mailing lists from third parties; all of our subscribers are Members who have opted-in and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions;
7. 4 Laws Pertaining Spam
Laws pertaining to spam change from country to country. Bingo Canada welcomes players from around the world and we execute our spam policy to the highest standards worldwide. As a direct result of our policy we act on the following practices at Bingo Canada:
7.4.1 The use and altercation of false headers and other false information to hide the true origin of the e-mail sender.
7.4.2 The unauthorized use of a third party’s domain name to mask the origin of an e-mail.
7.4.3 The use of false and misleading information in the subject of an e-mail.
7.4.4 Assisting a person in using the products or services of Bingo Canada for any of the aforementioned activities.
8. Responsible Gaming/Gambling
8.1 An Account Holder may set a limit on the amount s/he may wager within a specified period of time.
8.2 If Bingo Canada concludes to the fact that an Account Holder’s gambling activity causes him/her financial or personal difficulties, Bingo Canada shall then reserve the right to close the respective Account.
8.3 Be advised that remote gaming, including gambling, can be addictive.
9.1 General dispositions:
9.1.1 Bingo Canada is an online bingo service utilizing bingo software licensed by Parlay Entertainment.
9.1.2 Bingo Canada is authorized by Parlay Entertainment to represent, promote and market bingo services.
9.1.3 Bingo Canada is authorized by Parlay Entertainment to receive, hold and pay funds to an Account Holder for the purpose of transactions and settlements with Bingo Canada.
9.1.4 Bingo Canada does not accept nor acknowledge any liabilities whatsoever for transactions conducted to, from and/or with Bingo, except for funds being received, held and/or paid to and/or from a Bingo Canada Account in conjunction with arrangement with Bingo Canada. The present Games Rules are an integral part of the Bingo Canada Rules.
9.2.1 "Bingo Games" are single and multi-part pattern Games in the Bingo client. "Bingo" or the "Bingo Games" shall mean the web-based Bingo Game offered and operated by Bingo Canada, including, but not limited to additional functionalities, such as Chat Functionality. "Bingo" shall not include any Games offered as a side feature to the Bingo Game. Such Games shall be governed solely by the Bingo Canada Rules and by the Games Rules that can be found on the Site.
9.2.2 "Side Games" are all other Games next to Bingo, such as Video Poker, Keno, Pull Tabs, Slot machines.
9.2.3 The web browser application opened by the Account Holder in order to play the Bingo Games is known as "Client Application."
9.2.4 "Software" refers to all software used by Bingo Canada to offer and operate the Bingo Games and to run the Client Application. Any reference to the "Company" in the present Bingo Rules should be understood as a reference to Bingo Canada. "Prize" shall mean the amounts, Bonuses or rewards that can be won by the Account Holder by playing.
9.3.1 Bingo Games can be played only by Account Holders who make deposits. Players who did not make a deposit will be allowed to play in a selected number of rooms only.
9.3.2 Participation in Bingo Games is available only to Account Holders who are at the age of majority in the Account Holder's jurisdiction. The Account Holder acknowledges that he/she is resident in a jurisdiction where such activity is legal. Participation in Bingo Games activities is considered void wherever prohibited by law. Such voidances shall however not affect any stakes or payments made to and accrued for the benefit of the Company.
9.3.3 The Company's employees, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries or other agencies, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in Bingo Games. The so-called "house players" are prohibited on the Bingo Canada Network.
9.4 Other conditions
9.4.1 By launching or re-launching the Client Application and by playing or replaying a Bingo Game, the Account Holder represents, warrants and certifies that it is impossible to achieve full freedom from errors or incompleteness with respect to the Software or Client Application. Should the Account Holder become aware that the Software or Client Application contains such errors or incompleteness, the Account Holder shall refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever. S/he should keep such errors or incompleteness confidential, and under no circumstances inform any third party. In addition, upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness, the Account Holder shall promptly notify the Company in writing. Should the Account Holder fail to fulfill any of the undertakings under this clause, the Company, or anyone appointed by the Company, shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the Software or Client Application that may be the result of the error or incompleteness in question and the Account Holder's or Player's failure to notify the Company. In addition to any other remedy available under law or equity, the Company reserves its right to block and/or subtract funds from the Account Holder's Bingo Canada Account. This will happen should the Account Holder fail to comply with the above, without prior notice and with the purpose of partially or entirely covering the damages suffered or threatened to be suffered by the Company.
9.4.2 The Account Holder is not required to participate in Bingo Games and such participation, if elected by the Account Holder, is at the Account Holder's sole option, discretion and risk. Materials related to the Bingo Games (whether electronically obtained or by other means) are automatically voided if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Any and all materials submitted for Prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, Prize claims or entries. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement. Taxes, if any, on any Prize is the Account Holder's sole responsibility. The Account Holder consents to allow the Company to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. The Account Holder acknowledges compliance with all Rules herein. The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to the legal right for the Account Holder to participate in the Bingo Games nor shall any of the Company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
9.4.3 The Company shall not be required to keep track of nicknames or passwords. If the Account Holder misplaces, forgets or loses his/her password, or shares it with anyone, the Company will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any claims regarding the Bingo Canada Account in question.
9.5 The Account Holder agrees and becomes a party to the Bingo Canada Rules and Bingo Rules. Once the individual enters the Site and opens an Account, plays Bingo Games or accepts Prizes, the Account Holder hereby warrants and certifies all of the following:
9.5.1 The Account Holder fully understands, agrees to, respects the Bingo Canada Rules and Bingo Rules contained herein and acknowledges that the regulations, Rules and Terms and Conditions may be submitted to change;
9.5.2 The Account Holder shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use the Account Holder's Account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Site, accept any Prize, or participate in Bingo Games;
9.5.3 The Account Holder has the full, complete and unrestricted legal right to take part in the Game if participation in the Bingo Games is not prohibited in the Account Holder's jurisdiction;
9.5.4 The Account Holder does not find the Bingo Games or the Site to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent;
9.5.5 The Account Holder shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever (including consequential and indirect damages such as loss of reputation, loss of income, lawyers' costs etc.), that may arise as a result of the Account Holder's entry, use or re-use of the Site, the Client Application, any materials on the Site, participation in the Bingo Game or in the Chat Functionality, or the acceptance of any Prize.
9.5.6 Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall the Company, its Software and Client Application supplier, subsidiary companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Company's Bingo Games, Client Application and/or materials. The Account Holder specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any Account Holder. If the Account Holder is dissatisfied with any Company service related to the Bingo Games, or with any of the present Bingo Rules, the Player's or Account Holder's sole and exclusive solution is to discontinue using Bingo Games.
9.6 Regarding disputes concerning Bingo Games, the Account Holder must submit any complaint to the Company's Customer Service Department. In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the Account Holder's Client Application and the Company's Bingo Software, the result shown on the Bingo Software shall be the official and governing result of the Bingo Game.
9.7.1 An Account Holder is not permitted to have more than one Account. If a Member is detected as having more than one Account, the Company has the right to block and/or to confiscate any winnings on superfluous Accounts and/or reallocate all funds to one of the Accounts and to delete the superfluous Account(s). No Bonus given to the superfluous Account(s) will be reallocated to the remaining Account.
9.7.2 The Account Holder understands that the term "Bingo Canada" is the trademark, service mark and trade name of the Company, and that s/he obtains no rights to such terms, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies by using the Site, the Client Application and the material contained therein.
9.7.3 The Account Holder's interest regarding Bingo Games and the Site is personal, and not professional. Any other entrance, access, use or re-use of the Bingo Games or the Site by the Account Holder is strictly prohibited.
9.7.4 The Account Holder has the obligation to review the stated Bingo Rules periodically, not less than once per month.
9.8 Bingo Game's description:
9.8.1 A new Bingo Game is played every other minute, as rooms have several Bingo Games. However, the Company reserves its right to change, decrease or increase the frequency of the Bingo Game.
9.8.2 A new ball is called approximately every six (6) seconds, but the Company reserves its right to change, decrease or increase the frequency of the Bingo Game.
9.8.3 There is one (1) minimum card purchase per Game and a maximum purchase of 48 cards per Game, depending on the Game itself. But the Company expressly reserves its right to change, decrease or increase the available amount of Bingo tickets per Bingo Game.
9.8.4 Bingo is played in "Auto Daub" mode, whereby Players will always be notified of a winning Bingo card. Even if the Account Holder does not use the "Auto Daub" mode, winnings will automatically be allocated to the Account Holder.
9.8.5 The Company is entitled to offer "Pre-Order/Pre-Buy" purchases. If this happens, the Account Holder shall purchase a number of cards for a Bingo Game to be played at a given time in the future.
9.8.6 The purchase of all cards is final. If there is more than one winning card, the Prizes will be equally split among the winners.
9.9 The Company reserves the right to cancel the Account Holder's Account for any reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice. The Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in the Account Holder's Account in any of the following circumstances:
9.9.1 If the Account Holder has more than one Account;
9.9.2 If the Account Holder has provided incorrect or misleading Registration information;
9.9.3 If the Account Holder is not of legal age;
9.9.4 If the Account Holder has allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on his/her Account;
9.9.5 If the Account Holder has not played the Bingo Game on an individual basis and for personal entertainment only;
9.9.6 If the Account Holder is found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that the Account Holder has employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed or suitable to defeat the Software and the Client Application.
9.10 The Account Holder is explicitly advised that the Software and the Client Application do not prevent an Account Holder from playing a Bingo Game when no other Account Holders are present. As a result, the Account Holder will obtain a Prize equal to the Account Holder's stake minus the winnings, which the Company allocates to itself. The Account Holder should therefore refrain from playing a Bingo Game when no other Account Holders are participating.
10.1 A "Bingo Bonus" or "Bingo Buck", ("BB" or "Bonus") represents a free value that can be awarded by the Company to the Account Holder based on his/her deposits, as a Prize for playing Chat Games in the Chat rooms as well as for other Promotions.
10.2 The Company provides different types of Bonuses. The Sign-Up Bonus will be credited after the profile information has been completed and the e-mail has been validated. The First deposit Bonus will be credited upon completion of a first successful deposit and, on each further deposit, the Company may credit other Bonuses based on daily or VIP Promotions. If all Rules apply after a successful first deposit, Bonuses and Chat Game Bonuses become immediately available.
10.2.1 Sign-Up Bonus Promotions ("Sign-Up Promotions") will be credited only once and will be awarded according to the received promotion. Players are not entitled to receive two simultaneous Sign-Up Promotions. Bingo Canada will credit only the first one to which the Account Holder was referred; all other Sign-Up Promotions will become void.
10.2.2 Winnings earned from the Sign-Up Bonus cannot be redeemed or exchanged for a Prize (with the exception of special promotions, which will have a dedicated Code).
10.2.3 Once the Member makes the first deposit, previous winnings made from Sign-Up Bonuses will be voided, as they are considered free and have no actual value.
10.2.4 The "Cash Back Bonus" is a monetary reward representing a certain amount of the deposit money that has been put into the Games, which can be claimed back by the Member.
10.2.5 Cash Back Bonuses shall be credited only in cases where the Member lost the corresponding deposit.
10.2.6 All Bonus money will be cleared from an Account if there has been no activity for six (6) months in a row.
10.3 Winnings earned from Games in the form of BBs (Bingo Bonus) will be awarded only to Account Holders who meet the following requirements:
10.3.1 If the Account Holder played the minimum amount of cards, depending on the room she/he is playing in.
10.3.2 If the Account Holder placed a deposit within the minimum amount of days depending on their level;

10.3.4 If the Account Holder has NO redemption flow-backs in the last 48 hours; if a deposit is made prior to 48 hours, the player is still entitled to receive the BBs;
10.3.5 If the Account Holder has made a deposit after a payout;
10.4 The limit of BBS is a percentage of the Account Holder’s last deposit based on his/her level, as follows:
10.4.1 Basic level Members have a 50% BBS limit if they have placed a deposit within the last 10 days;

10.8 Refer a Friend Program
10.8.1 Bingo Canada Refer a Friend program is a promotional activity in which a Member can earn bonuses by referring a new Member. The new Member must make a deposit in order for the promotion to be authorized. Participation in the Refer a Friend program requires the Member to agree to the Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions.
10.8.2 All referrals provided by the Member must be over the age of 18.
10.8.3 The Member can only refer friends that are not currently members of Bingo Canada and have never deposited on the Site.
10.8.4 There is no set limit to how many referrals a Member can provide. Referrals must meet the requirements stated below.

10.8.9 Closure of a Member Account before all requirements have been met or before the Refer a Friend bonus has been credited to a Member Account will render the Refer a Friend bonus void for both the Member and the referral.
10.8.10 Bingo Canada reserves the right to modify or change the Refer a Friend program, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
10.8.11 Bingo Canada shall not be held liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Refer A Friend program.
10.9 All Bonus money will be cleared from an Account if there has been no activity for six (6) months in a row.
10.10 Bingo Canada does not tolerate the abuse of Bonuses. Any Bonus abuse will result in the closing of the Account.
10.11 Bingo Canada reserves the right to allow Bonus abusers in the system if the Player remains active but will no longer take advantage of Bonus promotions or Chat Bonuses. In such cases, the maximum deposit Bonus available is 10%, the Accounts will be downgraded back to the first VIP level "Bingo Basic", and the standard rules will apply to them.
10.12 Since Bingo Canada is aware of the fact that some free Bonus links may be posted on other sites or on other forums and that players may send the information received from the website to others, should there be enough grounds to prove that a Player has not received that particular Promotion through exclusive means and that the Bonus was already credited and/or used, the payout requests will not be honored. This applies regardless of having met wagering criteria or not.
10.13 An Account Holder's identity will be determined on a basis of all information, or on a combination of the following information: name, mailing address, email address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer and any other type of identification that may possibly be required. Thus, an Account Holder is eligible only for promotions/Bonuses on one Account across the Bingo Canada Network and will count only for the first Account created.
11. Happy Hour Promotions
11.1 At any given time, Bingo Canada may feature Happy Hours ("HH"), which are mainly time - limited and offer an extra Bonus or Prizes on the daily promotion.
11.2 Happy Hours Promotions may be announced in the bingo rooms or displayed as pop-up messages.
11.3 Following a HH, the Account Holder can simply make a deposit and contact the Customer Support Department, so that Bingo Canada can make the necessary adjustments.
11.4 HH Promotions apply only for deposits made within the timeframe announced and can be redeemed up to one hour from the time of the deposit.
11.5 Whether or not announced, all regular Bonus Rules apply on every HH promotion.
12. Terms and Conditions for Bingo Shop Use
12.1 The Members undertake that:
12.1.1 All details the Member provides to Bingo Canada for the purpose of ordering or acquiring Products or services are correct;
12.1.2 The Bingo Canada Account used by the Member is his/her own;
12.1.3 There is a sufficient number of Shop Coins to cover the cost of the Products or services ordered.
12.2 It is the Member's responsibility to inform Bingo Canada in case there are any changes to his/her personal information prior to any Orders placed on the Bingo Shop.
12.3 Products may be acquired using the entire Shop Coins balance, except for the situation when the Member has any pending withdrawal requests, thus the Shop Coins corresponding to the withdrawal amount shall not be available within the Shop.
12.4 The Time Intervals for Member's access to the Shop will be calculated taking into Account his/her birthday as set in the Account Information form, even if the date was prior to the Shop launch. In accordance with his/her VIP level, a Member's access to the Shop coincides with the beginning of a full Time Interval. This also grants him/her access to future Shop Orders placed at equal intervals, starting with his/her birthday from that moment forth.
12.5 The Member loses his/her privilege to acquire Products when the Time Interval allocated to his/her VIP level has been surpassed. The number of products a Member can acquire during a year, as stated for his/her level in the VIP program, is not reported to the subsequent year.
12.6 The accumulation of VIP Stars shall consequently lead to the increase of the VIP level and, subsequently, to the addition of the same number of Shop Coins in the Member's balance.
12.7 The deduction of a certain number of VIP Stars shall consequently lead to the deduction of the same number of Shop Coins from the Member's balance. The deduction of Shop Coins after an acquisition does not lead to the deduction of any number of VIP Stars from the Member's balance.
12.8 Products shall not be available for a retroactive acquisition.
12.9 Irrespective of his/her VIP level, the Member's increase or decrease in VIP level shall lead to a recalculation of the number of Products the Member is entitled to acquire within the remaining Time Intervals of the respective Shop Year.
12. 10 Order Process:
12.10.1 Acquiring any Product from the Shop is only available for Members who have a Platinum VIP level or higher. 12.10.2 A Member can order a limited number of gifts throughout one year, as follows:

12.10.3 Non-acceptance of the Member's Order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
220.127.116.11 The Product the Member ordered is out of stock;
18.104.22.168 Bingo Canada has identified a value or Product description error;
22.214.171.124 There is a system or procurement failure.
12.10.4. In case a Product ordered is not available and it was not stated so on the website, Bingo Canada shall cancel the Order, inform the Member immediately and, if applicable, reimburse any Shop Coins spent without delay.
12.10.5 The Member may cancel his/her Order at any time prior to the Order being processed. The annulment of the order may be requested through a cancellation email at email@example.com.
12.10.6 Once Bingo Canada receives the request from the Member to cancel the Order submitted, any amount of Shop Coins debited by Bingo Canada from the Member's Account in relation to the Member's Order shall undergo a repayment process as soon as possible.
12.10.7 Once the Order has been processed, the Member will be unable to cancel or amend it.
12.10.8 Bingo Canada reserves the right, at all times, to, at its own discretion, decline an order without any explanation whatsoever.
12.11 Price and Payment
12.11.1 The value of each Product featured on the Bingo Shop is measured in Bingo Coins.
12.11.2 The payment for any Product shall consist in the deduction of a certain amount of Shop Coins, based on each Product's value.
12.11.3 The number of Shop Coins needed in order to acquire a Product is displayed on the Bingo Shop.
12.11.4 All Product values include the cost of shipping expenses, custom taxes, exchange rate differences and miscellaneous costs which Bingo Canada (or any third party acting on Bingo Canada's behalf) will incur in providing the Bingo Shop Product.
12.11.5 Payment shall be made upon the submission of the Member's Order.
12.11.6 The value of Products is liable to change at any time. However, changes will not affect Orders which have come into force.
12.11.7 By converting Shop Coins into acquired Products, the Member gives his/her consent upon having his/her personal data (including, but not limited to the Member's name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number) registered and administered by a third-party supplier ('Product Provider') to enable the Product Provider to fulfill the Member's Order.
12.11.8 By acquiring a Product from the Bingo Shop, the Member gives his/her consent upon having his/her personal data used for marketing purposes.
12.12 Delivery Policy
12.12.1 Upon processing the Order, the Product shall be delivered in a matter of maximum 6 (six) weeks. The delivery is calculated from the moment the Order has been processed.
12.12.2 Products shall be sent to the delivery address recorded on the Member's Bingo Canada Account and stated in the Order Confirmation dispatched on successful completion of the Order process.
12.12.3 Bingo Canada shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products as fast as possible and shall inform the Member about the estimated delivery date. However, Bingo Canada cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
12.12.4 All parcels shall be delivered by a carrier and shall require a signature on delivery. If the Member is not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver the parcel, the carrier shall leave a card with a contact number for the Member to arrange a new delivery date, in which case the Member becomes liable for any additional delivery costs.
12.12.5 Bingo Canada provides item transportation only to the door of the Member, in-home delivery and placing in specific rooms for heavy items, implying an additional cost supported by the Member.
12.12.6 Due to the engagement with multiple suppliers, Bingo Canada shall not be liable for any damage of the products in the delivery process.
12.12.7 The Member is fully responsible for the Product from the moment of delivery and forward. Ownership of the Product shall only pass to the Member upon parcel delivery.
12.12.8 Members must be informed that Bingo Canada reserves the right to decline the delivery of Products in certain countries.
12.13 Product warranties:
12.13.1 Certain items in the Bingo Shop are provided by Product Providers. This being the case, the Member acknowledges and agrees that such items are Provider Products and that Bingo Canada accepts no liability in relation to the items, their delivery, or the Member's use of the items.
12.13.2 The Member can have the benefit of certain statutory consumer and other legal rights (and obligations) in relation to the Member's receipt and use of such Products, in which case the Product Provider shall normally be fully responsible for provision of required information on the existence and exercise of such rights.
12.14 Returns Policy:
12.14.1 All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable.
12.14.2 By converting Shop Coins into Products featured in the Bingo Shop, the Member agrees to accepting the relevant item "as is" and that there is no right to a cash alternative or exchange unless Bingo Canada, in its sole discretion, elects to offer such a cash alternative or exchange, which may be less than the full value of the Product. Bingo Canada reserves the right, at any time, to substitute any Product with one or more items of substantially equivalent value. This measure will be enforced, in particular, if it is impractical or unduly costly to deliver a particular Product to a Member’s geographical location, or if a third party is unable to supply the item.
12.15 "Force majeure event" means:
(i) any event which is beyond our reasonable control;
(ii) the unavailability of raw materials, components or Products;
(iii) power failure, industrial disputes affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fires, floods, disasters, civil riots, terrorist attacks or wars.
12.15.1 Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in Bingo Canada performing the obligations under the present terms, those obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
12.15.2 In case Bingo Canada becomes aware of a force majeure event which gives rise to, or which is likely to give rise to any failure or delay in performing the obligations under these terms, Bingo Canada shall notify the Member forthwith.
12.15.3 Bingo Canada shall take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event.
12.16 Limitations of Liability:
12.16.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bingo Canada IS PROVIDING THIS SHOP AND ITS CONTENTS AN 'AS IS' BASIS AND MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, Bingo Canada DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
12.16.2 Bingo Canada does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed Products and services.
12.16.3 Bingo Canada does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site, or for any Products or services purchased from the Bingo Canada Shop.
12.16.4 Nothing in the present Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Bingo Canada's or the Member's liability for:
(i) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(iii) any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude, or attempt to limit or exclude, liability.
12.16.5 Bingo Canada's liability in connection with any Product acquired through the website is strictly limited to the Shop Coins value of the relevant Product.
12.16.6 Bingo Canada shall, not under any circumstances, be liable for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or waste of management or office time, or for loss of goodwill/reputational damage.
12.16.7 Bingo Canada shall not be liable for any losses arising out of a force majeure event.
12.17 Final Provisions:
12.17.1 Bingo Canada reserves the right to change or update the present Terms from time to time, by publishing the modified Terms and Conditions on the Site for the Member's information and acceptance. 12.18.1 The Member's personal information is confidential. Bingo Canada does not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When the Member places an Order, Bingo Canada collects the Member's name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Bingo Canada uses this information solely to fulfill the Member's Order and to communicate its status to the Member.
12.18.2 The Terms of any Membership of the Bingo Canada VIP program may be offered, withdrawn and/or amended at any time. In order to exclude all doubt, the VIP program is at the sole discretion of Bingo Canada, along with the status of membership which may be altered at any time.

Otherwise, such changes will be effective against existing users 30 (thirty) days following posting of the amended version on the site. 13. Terms and Conditions for Chat Functionality
13.1 Account Holders benefit from free Chat Functionality. The Company may or may not elect to monitor or moderate the Chat Functionality. In no event shall the Company be liable towards an Account Holder using the Chat Functionality for any damages arising from other Account Holders' conduct. The Account Holder shall indemnify the Company and shall hold it unaccountable for any damages arising out of another Account Holder's illegal, unlawful or inappropriate conduct, or out of the violation of the Chat Rules by such an Account Holder.
13.2 Chat Rules may be amended from time to time by the Company when it elects to do so. The following Chat Rules apply:
13.2.1 NO impersonating another Player in Chat;
13.2.2 NO offensive, indecent or foul language;
13.2.3 NO harassment;
13.2.4 NO exchanging of personal information, including, but not limited to the Account Holder's full name, phone number, address, personal Accounts created on social networks or any other websites;
13.2.5 It is strictly prohibited to contact or communicate with Company personnel through any means other than the Company's main communication channels. This measure is enforced in order to protect both the Account Holder and the Company's personnel;
13.2.6 The nickname should be decent. If not so, Customer Service reserves the right to change it;
13.2.7 NO arguing or complaining. Complaints are handled by Customer Service only;
13.2.8 Players are not permitted to discuss their Accounts, Bonuses or balances;
13.2.9 Participants in Chat are not allowed to promote third-party websites or activities;
13.2.10 Chat participants shall not use vulgar or threatening statements;
13.2.11 Participants in the Chat are not entitled to use racial, sexual or ethnic slurs;
13.2.12 Terms and conditions contained herein may be modified and/or amended only by the Company posting such modification and/or amendment in the "Terms and Conditions" section of the website;
13.2.13 The Company shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by the Player to participate in the Games by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company;
13.2.14 The Terms and Conditions contained herein, together with the Bingo Canada Rules, represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Member and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the Member and the Company.
13.3 Failure to comply with the aforementioned Rules will result in a temporary or permanent disabling of Chat and any privileges that come with it.
13.3.1 Having the Chat disabled for any of the above reasons forfeits the Account Holder's right to request a payout for a period of seven (7) days.
14.1 General principles
14.1.1 The present Games Rules are an integral part of the Bingo Canada Rules.
14.1.2 In the present Games Rules, "Game" or "Games" shall mean any web-based Game offered and operated by Bingo Canada. "Client Application" shall mean the web browser application opened by the Account Holder in order to play the Games. "Software" shall mean all software used by Bingo Canada to offer and operate the Games and to run the Client Application. Any reference to the "Company" in the present Games Rules should be understood as a reference to Bingo Canada. "Prize" shall mean the amounts, Bonuses or rewards that can be won by the Account Holder by playing the Games.
14.2.1 Participation in the Games and any activity related to the Games (the "Game") is available only to Account Holders who are at least of: the legal age established by the Account Holder's jurisdiction or 18 years old. The Account Holder acknowledges, by entering the Game, that s/he resides in a jurisdiction where such activity is legal. Participation in any activity related to the Games is voided wherever prohibited by law.
15. Terms and Conditions / Withdrawal Guidelines
15.1. Account Holders shall enter their payout request before Saturday 11:59 AM EST in order to have it reviewed that week. Account Holders who have a different payout frequency can request a payout based on their VIP level, as follows:
15.1.1 Daily payouts can be requested between Monday and Friday until 11:59 AM EST. All requests received in one day are reviewed in the following one.
15.1.2 Twice a week payouts can be requested every Saturday and Thursday until 11:59 AM EST, in order to have them reviewed the following day, either Monday or Friday, depending on the day of the request.
15.1.3 Three times a week payouts can be requested every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday, until 11:59 AM EST, in order to have them reviewed the following day, either Monday, Wednesday or Friday, depending on the day of the request.
15.1.4 Once every two weeks, payouts can be requested once every two Saturdays until 11:59 AM EST, in order to have them reviewed the following Monday.
15.1.5 Monthly payouts can be requested once a month, Saturdays only, no later than 11:59 AM EST, in order to have them reviewed the following Monday.
15.2 All approved withdrawals can take between 24 hours to 12 business days for the funds to be reflected on the selected Payment method.
15.2.1 The maximum withdrawal limits, depending on the Member's VIP level, are as follows:
15.2.2 Basic level Members have a $500 maximum monthly withdrawal limit;
15.2.3 Rookie level Members have a $500 maximum withdrawal limit once every 2 weeks;
15.2.4 Steel level Members have up to a $500 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.2.5 Bronze and Silver level Members have up to a $1,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.2.6 Gold level Members have up to a $1,500 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.2.7 Platinum level Members have up to a $2,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.2.8 Prince level Members have up to a $3,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.2.9 King level Members have up to a $3,500 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.2.10 Champion and Master level Members have up to a $5,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
15.3 The minimum payout amount is $50 per request for all available withdrawal options, except Paper Check, with a minimum of $300, E-Check with a minimum of $100 and Bank Wire with a minimum of $500.
15.3.1 Account Holders who have not deposited in the last 60 days will be able to withdraw a maximum of $500 per month.
15.3.2 Account Holders under section 13.3.1 who have won a Progressive Jackpot equal to $10,000 or more may continue to fund their Account in order to request a payout, regardless of their high current Account balance. This exception rule is optional and can be granted only by request.
15.3.3 A randomly selected number of Account Holders who have won a Progressive Jackpot will have the privilege of holding an interview with their Account Manager. It is the Account Manager's option to reward these Account Holders with the additional benefit of an increase in the maximum withdrawal amount, which will be established according to each Account Holder's current VIP level.
15.4 VIP members have different withdrawals conditions: up to a daily payout processed and as high as $5,000 per week per Account Holder based on the Account Holder's VIP level. An Account Holder can view his VIP level status by logging into his Account.
15.5 Players agree that on requesting a payout all active and pending bonuses will be removed. Players who will not request the entire amount will remain with a Bonus equal or below to the same amount of their cash balance.
15.6 Payout requests:
15.6.1 Only one withdrawal per Account will be processed. If the Account Holder has multiple withdrawal requests in the same week, all subsequent requests will be sent back to the Member's Account.

18.104.22.168 Once the Member makes a withdrawal from a Free Bonus, the remaining balance from the winnings corresponding to the Free Bonus in question will be voided.
15.6.2 Bingo Canada will honor only one payout per related/spousal Account a week.
15.6.3 Member Accounts set at high risk by the Bingo Canada Security Department will have their payout requests declined.
15.6.4 If a member submitted more withdrawal requests within the same site, simultaneously, only one of the submissions will be subject to the Accounting department's review, respecting the payout frequency stipulated in the member's VIP level.
15.6.5 In the case of Household Accounts: Bingo Canada will not permit one Account Holder to request a payout while the other Account Holder has a pending withdrawal. A "Household Account" is defined as a secondary Account under the same Household that in some cases can be multi-Household Accounts. Only after the first withdrawal is processed and a new deposit has been made after the processed payout can the Member can request a new withdrawal.
15.6.6 If a Member is found violating the Chat Terms and Conditions (as stated in Clause 10 of the "Terms and Conditions of Chat Functionality"), the Player's Chat will be disabled and s/he will be automatically denied the right to request a payout for a period of seven (7) days.
15.6.7 Members with other Accounts in Bingo Canada Network of sites must have all required information on file before requesting a payout. In the event of a Household Account, both Accounts must have all documentation on file and must be in good standing before requesting a payout.
15.7 Wagering Rules
15.7.1 All members are obliged to meet the wagering requirements stated on our Bonus Rules before requesting a payout;
15.7.2 Wagering criteria must be met prior to a withdrawal request. Members who request a cashout before meeting wagering criteria, will have their withdrawal request declined and the funds returned to their Account.
15.7.3 The standard wagering is three (3) times both the deposit and the bonus amount, irrespective of the bonus type (Free Bonus or Deposit Bonus).
15.7.4 A withdrawal request can only be performed if the wagering criteria are met;
15.7.5 The current wagering rules as stated are to be met according to each Game's payout contribution rate and bonus type. Hence, the Member's bets are counted towards the wagering requirements depending on the Games played and bonus type, as follows:

15.7.6 If a Deposit Bonus is received simultaneously with a Free Bonus, the bets from the Free Bonus will have a contribution rate of 5% towards meeting the wagering criteria that applies for the deposit bonus.
220.127.116.11 A wagering of minimum $100.00 per month is required to cash out any winnings made on free Bingo Games.
15.7.8 Cash Back Bonuses are not subject to any wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately after being awarded.
15.7.9 Members who have not made a deposit in the last 10 days are not entitled to make a withdrawal request for winnings resulted from Free Bonus money.
15.7.10 Wagering requirements may vary from one offer to another. It is the Member's sole responsibility to request information about the wagering requirements to which s/he is subject, prior to accepting a Deposit Bonus or a Free Bonus.
15.8 Documents required:
15.8.1 Members will need to submit the following documents before requesting a withdrawal:

15.8.2 All the required documentation must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 1-703-991-8879.
15.8.3 For completing all document requirements, Bingo Canada will credit the Member's Account with a free $25 upon customer's request only.
15.8.4 The copy of the utility bill is valid for one year only. It is the Account Holder's sole responsibility to provide the Security Department with an updated copy.
15.9 Update Payment method:
Bingo Canada solicits from all Members the corresponding information of the withdrawal method of their preference via email to email@example.com. Bingo Canada will not be held responsible in the event of a Member providing incorrect information that may result in the payout being sent to the wrong Account. For this reason, the information cannot be provided via a Chat or phone. Members must have all transactions cleared and up to date prior to requesting a payout.
15.10 Verification process:
Security and Management reserve the right to choose Accounts with pending payouts randomly for an additional verification process. The process includes but is not limited to a review and authentication of the paperwork that has been received; verification that Account information matches the documents on file; and a thorough review of the Game sessions. This procedure can be performed up to twice per year and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department.
15.11 Paper Check Withdrawals
Paper Checks are delivered to physical addresses only. The corresponding fee for Paper Check payouts is $20 and $28.75 for Bank Wire payouts. For E-Check payouts, the Account Holder will be charged a $10 fee for amounts lower than $1000 and $20 for amounts equal to or higher than $1000. Depending on the Account Holder’s area, some of the aforementioned options might not be available. For further information, please contact our Customer Support Department.
16.1 The Bingo Canada Rules, as presently published in English, govern this Contract. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translations.
16.2 Account Holders are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or are residents.
16.3 Bingo Canada does not provide advice to Account Holders regarding tax and/or legal matters.
16.4 Bingo Canada does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for damage to an Account Holder and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:
16.4.1 Mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling error, fault in reading, transaction error, technical hazard, Registration error, manifest error, Force Majeure and/or any other similar event;
16.4.2 Violation of the Bingo Canada Rules;
16.4.3 Criminal actions;
16.4.4 Advice provided by Bingo Canada;
16.4.5 Financial risk and loss, including, but not limited to variances in exchange rates;
16.4.6 Legal actions and/or other remedies. The SMS (Short Message Service) notification represents a service offered to the Account Holder. Bingo Canada does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if there is a mistake in the content of the SMS, or if the Account Holder has not received the SMS.
16.4.7 Bingo Canada reserves the right, at all times, to resolve any disputes, at its own discretion, in accordance with the principles of equity.
16.4.8 Bingo Canada shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that Bingo Canada's approved computer system enables any Player, whose participation in a Game is, after s/he has made a wager, interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or a failure of the Player's computer system that prevents him/her from continuing the Game, to resume the Game upon system restoration. If Bingo Canada's computer system does not enable any such Player to continue after the restoration of the system, with a Game interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or the Player's computer system, Bingo Canada shall:

22.214.171.124 Refund the amount of the wager to the Player by placing it in the Player's Bingo Canada Account.
16.4.9 If a Game is started but is interrupted because of a failure of Bingo Canada's computer operating system, Bingo Canada shall:
126.96.36.199 Return the sum wagered by the Player to his/her Bingo Canada Account; if the player has an accrued credit at the time of the Game's interruption, Bingo Canada will credit to the Player's Account the monetary value of the credit.
16.4.10 The Player should refrain from conducting another Game if the Game is likely to be affected by the same failure.
16.4.11 In the event that Bingo Canada is found liable in any way, by a court of law and/or a similar authority with legal competence and/or jurisdiction over Bingo Canada, then Bingo Canada's liability is limited to the amount of the Stake or the Net Winnings, whichever is the lesser. Alternately, when relevant and applicable, Bingo Canada's liability consists in the amount recorded in the Bingo Canada Account or the amount transferred into or out of the Bingo Canada Account, whichever is the lesser.
16.4.12 Participation in Games implies the knowledge and the acceptance of Internet limits, especially:
188.8.131.52 The technical capacity; the replying time for consult, interrogate or transfer information; the interruption risks; and all other risks inherent to any connection and transmission failure;
184.108.40.206 The absence of data protection;
220.127.116.11 The transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
18.104.22.168 All Network dysfunctions preventing the good progress of any Game;
22.214.171.124 Failure of any material of reception or communication circuit;
126.96.36.199 The loss of any data;
188.8.131.52 Any damage caused by a virus, computing bug or technical failure;
184.108.40.206 Any damage caused to the material of the Player;
220.127.116.11 Any failure preventing or limiting the possibility to take part in a Game, or a failure that has damaged the Player's system. The Player should take all appropriate measures to protect the data and/or software stocked on his/her computer against all failures. The connection to the Site and the participation of the Player in any Game are the Player’s sole responsibility.
17.1 By sharing anything with Bingo Canada(including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio), Contributors agree to grant Bingo Canada, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way the Company chooses (including translating and adapting it for operational and editorial purposes), in any of Bingo Canada Network’s entities and partners.
17.2 Copyrights in Contributions will remain with the Contributor. This permission is not exclusive; a Contributor can continue to use the material in any way, including allowing others to use it.
17.3 A Contributor confirms that: the Contribution is his/her own original work, that it is not defamatory and does not infringe any laws; that the Contributor has the right to give Bingo Canada permission to use it for the purposes specified above; that the Contributor has the consent of anyone identifiable in the Contribution.
17.5 Contributions must be civil.
17.6 No disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or made with the intention of causing problems.
17.7 No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is acceptable.
17.8 No spamming or off-topic material: Bingo Canada does not allow the re-submission of the same or very similar Contribution on a multiple time basis. Please do not re-submit your Contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
17.9 No advertising or promoting.
17.10 No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar or offensive) nicknames. Bingo Canada reserves the discretionary right to exclude from the community site any Contributor who violates these Rules.
